Scope of Services

Novulty provides branding, web design, marketing, and related services as outlined in our service packages or custom agreements. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges, which will be quoted and agreed upon before work begins.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before the commencement of any project unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon.Payment plans, if applicable, will be subject to the terms provided in your invoice or agreement.Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Timelines and Client Responsibilities

Project timelines are estimated and depend on the scope of work and the client’s responsiveness. Delays in providing required materials, feedback, or approvals may result in project delays.The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and any other materials required for the project, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Revisions

Each package includes a specific number of revisions as detailed in the service agreement. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $50/hour.

Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to all final deliverables.Novulty retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

Cancellations and Refunds

Payments are non-refundable.If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the client will be responsible for payment of all completed work at the time of cancellation.

Platform-Specific Terms (Web Design)

Websites will be built on Webflow, WordPress, or Novulty EngageHub, based on the agreed package.Training for managing the website is provided, but ongoing maintenance is the client’s responsibility unless a separate maintenance plan is purchased.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Novulty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, deliverables, or any third-party integrations.

Third-Party Costs

The client is responsible for any additional third-party costs, such as domain registration, hosting, stock images, or software subscriptions, unless explicitly included in the package.

Modifications to Terms

Novulty reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
